The erection works of 3500 tons/day capacity New Clinker Line at Askale Cement Factory project, which has been awarded on 2.September.2006 by a contract signed between Askale Cement Production Industry Co. and EKON Industry Construction and Trade Inc., has been completed and the plant has been taken into commissioning as of 29.July.2007.

3800 tons/day capacity has been reached at the performance tests carried out during the commissioning period.
